{"id":357,"date":"2016-10-04T09:15:19","date_gmt":"2016-10-04T07:15:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eloge.net\/?page_id=357"},"modified":"2020-02-29T08:56:57","modified_gmt":"2020-02-29T07:56:57","slug":"relations-sociales","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/eloge.net\/index.php\/ressources-humaines-rh\/ressources-humaines\/relations-sociales\/","title":{"rendered":"Relations Sociales RH"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>voir la page <a href=\"https:\/\/eloge.net\/index.php\/juridique-fiscalite\/droit-du-travail\/relations-sociales-dt\/\">relations sociales DT<\/a> (droit du travail<\/h3>\n<p>Nouveaut\u00e9 le CSE : <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Comit\u00e9 social \u00e9conomique<\/span><\/strong> dont la mise en place doit \u00eatre effective \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier 2020 pour les entreprises de plus de 10 salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COMITE SOCIAL ET ECONOMIQUE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Comit\u00e9 social et \u00e9conomique (CSE) doit \u00eatre mis en place d\u2019ici au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2019, dans les entreprises d\u2019au moins 11 salari\u00e9s. <\/strong><br class=\"autobr\" \/>Compos\u00e9 de l\u2019employeur et d\u2019une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel \u00e9lue pour un mandat de 4 ans, <strong>il se substitue aux actuels d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel dans les entreprises d\u2019au moins 11 salari\u00e9s et aux trois instances, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel, comit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise et CHSCT<\/strong> (comit\u00e9 d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des conditions de travail) dans les entreprises d\u2019au moins 50 salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dans les entreprises de moins de 50 salari\u00e9s, <\/strong> la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation du personnel au CSE a pour mission de pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l\u2019employeur les r\u00e9clamations individuelles ou collectives des salari\u00e9s (relatives aux salaires, \u00e0 l\u2019application du Code du travail etc.).<\/p>\n<p><b>Dans les entreprises d\u2019au moins 50 salari\u00e9s<\/b>, le CSE a, de surcro\u00eet, pour mission d\u2019assurer une expression collective des salari\u00e9s permettant la prise en compte de leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats dans les d\u00e9cisions relatives \u00e0 la gestion et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re de l\u2019entreprise, \u00e0 l\u2019organisation du travail, \u00e0 la formation professionnelle et aux techniques de production.
